We are offering a brand new (2005) 2 bedroom apartment sleeping 4 with bathroom, fully fitted kitchen, lounge / diner and three terraces each with seaviews from this third level apartment (lift access to floors). And now for 2006 we have installed air conditioning.

We provide a weekly change of bedlinen & towels (not beach). Cost of utilities is included in the rental charges. There is an allocated parking space in front of the apartment block and the apartment complex has four pools - 2 for adults & 2 for children and there is a tennis court.

As with almost all holdiday rentals, the price depends on the season with low, medium and high seasons. Rental prices are based on weekly charges and for longer term rentals (up to a maximum of 6 months) a discount can be negotiated.
Our seasons are:
Low: Nov. Dec. Jan. Feb. Mar.
Medium: Apr. May. Jun. & Sep. Oct. 
High: Jul & Aug.
